About Larry Graziano

Larry was born in Chandler, Quebec, Canada. He was adopted and brought to the United States at thirteen months old. He first visited Costa Rica in 1997. Little by little his vacations to Costa Rica became longer and more frequent. After falling head over heels for an Argentine girl in the town he frequented he made the leap to move to Costa Rica.

Larry’s expertise was in small business management, which led him to help in the sales and management of a local store in Tamarindo for a number of years. He then began working in a real estate office in Tamarindo. He stayed there for three years and always focused his energy on the areas south of Tamarindo. He noticed the constant demand in Playa Negra and decided to open his own independent office in the town where he lives.

Larry knows the area market better than anyone. He has researched the available properties and has weeded out the good from the bad. He is not a “hard seller”. In fact, he prefers to let the buyers sell themselves. His honor and passion have helped many make their future Costa Rican dreams a reality. It gives him great pleasure to turn clients into neighbors. Larry is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), a board member of the Costa Rica Global Association of Realtors (CRGAR), and has the NAR “Certified International Property Specialist” (CIPS) certification.

He is one of the few in the country that is bound by standard ethical professionalism. He is a founding and board member of the non-profit organization SalveMonos which helps area Howler Monkeys. He is also a founding member of his areas chamber of commerce. Larry has a wonderful wife and three amazing children from ten to 30 years old.
